A very, very wise man, what a shame he didn't have more time to spread his word. Thanks for reminding us all of his wisdom and love. Jamie

I'd never heard that quote by John Lennon, but that's an idea I've understood for a few years.

Anytime I'm feeling reactive, or incongruent, I ask myself "Am I acting out of fear right now? What is it I'm afraid of?"

And then I might ask myself "How might things be different if I dropped the fear, and acted out of an open heart instead?"

Often, paradoxically, fear arises out of the possibility of losing love. For example, I might be afraid of speaking my truth to someone because they might become offended, and then...they won't love me anymore!

And that brings it back to what John Lennon said...it's an old cliché, but so true...love yourself. Be unconditional love, always.

If you want it, be it.
