What is it I'm afraid of?"<br><br>And then I might ask myself "How might things be different if I dropped the fear, and acted out of an open heart instead?"<br><br>Often, paradoxically, fear arises out of the possibility of losing love. For example, I might be afraid of speaking my truth to someone because they might become offended, and then...they won't love me anymore!<br><br>And that brings it back to what John Lennon said...it's an old cliché, but so true...love yourself.
