Awakening Through Partnership Using Conflict to Wake Up An experiential mini- workshop for motivated couples who want to use their intimate relationship as a powerful vehicle for personal transformation
Conflictis a healthy component of relationship and it can make or break your ability to go deeper in long-term partnerships. The fear of conflict is often what leads to resentments and withholding in our partnerships.
In this workshop we will explore questions like:
- Why are we so scared of conflict?
- What is our personal style of handling conflict?
- How do we move beyond blame and take responsibility?
- How to fight well and grow from it
In this 4-hour workshop, you and your partner will meet other couples on a similar journey of being committed to growth and simultaneously challenged by the difficult journey of relationship. We will have discussion and do exercises to deepen our connection, intimacy, and strengthen our ability to stay in the fire of conflict and grow from it. Note: Both partners must be present
