About Jayson
I study humans for a living.
I’m a husband. A father. A mountain biker and avid outdoorsman. A human behavior nerd. I love studying people.
When I was searching for meaning in my 20’s, I tried a lot of things. I worked in a corporate setting as a leadership consultant and eventually bailed on that to hitch-hike through Alaska and Central America for months. I soloed Half Dome with no ropes, abused drugs and alcohol, lived out of my car, coached kids’ ski racing, worked as a wilderness guide with troubled teens, and failed miserably at relationships.
23 years ago, I got very serious about my personal growth and cleaned up my relationship life. I went to graduate school, got a master’s degree in psychology, worked as a mental health crisis worker, family therapist, did countless trainings and began the first real, adult romantic relationship with my now wife.
Through all of this, I had an entrepreneurial spirit which allowed me to start several businesses. Some failed. The one that took off and helped over 100,000 people was me founding an online school dedicated to relationship education.
But my greatest masterpiece is co-created: a grounded and fulfilling marriage of 18 years while raising 2 incredible kids in the mountains of Colorado.
I study how you interact and what creates flow, depth, and connection between you and the people you care most about.
“Jayson is a solid man. I trust what he says, and I trust him with what I say. He speaks with brevity because every word carries the weight of ten. Men respect his wisdom because it’s delivered with humility and confidence. Jayson is a man I want in the front row of my life.“

The Origin
I turned my pain into a methodology that gets results.
As a young man, I was a high-performing athlete with a secret. I learned early to bury my sensitivity and ‘perform’ to fit in, win respect, and belong. My strategy worked in sports and in the workplace, but it left me alone, avoidant, and failing at every relationship I touched.
Eventually, at age 29, I realized I was the common denominator in my failed relationship life. I moved to Colorado, went to grad school for psychology, got married, became a dad, and spent the next two decades in the lab studying myself and other people relentlessly.
I founded a 7-figure school to educate everyone I could about relationships and communication. I’ve trained hundreds of coaches in 15 countries in my own methodology.
Today, I help 7- and 8-figure founders stop ‘performing love’ and start building the relational infrastructure required to lead at home. Side benefit: they also become better leaders at work, their stress decreases, and their overall well-being improves as a result.
