How To Repair After A Fight

The repair is a key skill to get dialed in over time. And, the sooner, the better.

When we don’t repair, we cause more harm to our fragile brains (seriously, read this if you don’t believe me).

When I used to get in disagreements, fights, or arguments with people (espeically women I was dating), I’d run away.

When it came to “repairing” or coming back to talk about it, I didn’t.

In other words, I had no clue how to resolve the issue.

I just sort of hoped it would go away…

Now, resolving issues is my life. Kind of interesting…

And, most people go about “the repair” in a way that never really resolves anything.

For example, as kids we are taught to apologize and move on. In fact, this is what most people do.

So, if you want to mature your skills here, this is key info to know. And, it’s quite straightforward to do. Watch the video for a quick 6-step process.

Remember, if you want to keep your brain healthy and functioning well, it’s in your best interest to learn this skill.
