“Jayson is the real deal. His dedication to his own growth and to the growth of the relationships in his own life is extraordinary. He works hard to embody the lessons he teaches and to walk his talk. If you are looking to learn from someone who practices what he preaches, you won’t be disappointed with Jayson. Thank you Jayson for living and sharing the truth about what it really means to be perfectly human.”

In our first session he was able to cut through all the “smoke and mirrors” and get right to what is holding both my husband and me back in having the marriage and life we dream of. Because of Jayson, we are committed to seeing this through and being the best we can be together rather than separate.”

He is gentle but strong in cutting through the crap. He will drill down with you and your partner to uncover the root issue, saving countless hours paying someone to just listen to you. In years of radical personal growth, I haven’t found anything that comes even close to his material, in terms of practicality, mindset, clear usable examples, hands on coaching and real life daily application! He will firmly help you identify what you are wanting, help you get clear on it, and move toward it. Be ready and willing to buckle yourself in for this ride. You are worth it. If you don’t believe that, you really need what he has to offer. Be prepared to be “met” and “seen” in a loving way you have never experienced before. He gets you. Thank you again. I’m so grateful for you!”

Jayson Gaddis whole-heartedly brings his brilliance into the world with a clean, honest and evolutionary approach, grounded through his own life experience. He grapples with charged issues of manhood, relationship, intimacy, family and community, and offers up his trials and triumphs as a guide and map for others.

I appreciate his authenticity, his trust and skillfulness, and his commitment to assisting people in becoming evermore available to what is true and real. Jayson speaks on relationship and self-discovery from his own life, not a dogmatic or intellectual perspective ~ what he teaches and facilitates, he lives. He will lead you into the intimate unknown with depth of heart, integrity and humility. He will invite you into edgy terrain with a willingness to walk right there with you. He is a good man who will continue to discover what that means. A leader of the highest order, Jayson has a clear intention of what he is doing along with a deep willingness to respond to the co-creative expression of a group. He is connected to the mystery of the moment, the mystery of himself and the miracle of life which allows for great discovery, only available through being in relationship with what is present.

What emerges through this active discovery in his facilitation is alive and particular to what is happening now, supporting relationship to anything to become more sustainable, more thrilling, and more real.

brettJayson is a man with whom I have taken powerful and difficult journeys. It is in the setting of such challenges that one learns the essence of another person and whether they can be relied on. I have come to know that I can rely on Jayson without having to question it–he’s got my back. In a world in which we are so frequently distracted–caught up in our own trips and confusion–it is a huge gift to discover someone you know will stand with you in their deepest truth and integrity. Jayson is that kind of man.

My coaching experience with Jayson gave me powerful insights and practices that helped me dive deeper into my authentic self. The biggest take-away was the understanding that I can trust my own inner authority as my guide.“

“Since I began working with Jayson through the pay-it-forward program, I’ve become more open, honest, and authentic, both with myself and with other people. Jayson asked me the right questions at the right moments, gave me honest and challenging feedback, and shared insights based on his own experience. He helped me connect with my heart and ask, “What do I really want?” Working with Jayson has helped me reach a deeper level of self-knowledge and clarity, and for that I am thankful. I actually feel more like myself than I have in a long time.”

Chris C..

“Jayson opened new pathways for thinking about my life and challenged me to look harder at myself in the mirror. That’s not always comfortable, but growth seldom is. I’m better for having him in my life.“

Adam, 37 Idaho.

“From the first moment of my coaching experience with Jay, my conceptions of what ‘coaching’ is about were completely rocked. I had anticipated a focused, accountability based experience. Instead, I was treated to a pointed and insightful mental, emotional and self awareness ass-kicking that helped me learn more about myself and has put me on closer to the path I want to be on. If you’re not sure if you need a coach or if one would be valuable to you – I can’t think of a time in anyone’s life where someone with Jay’s skills of observation and leadership would not be an asset to your journey.”

Jonathan Wondrusch, Founder, Zippy Courses

“Looking back on the last 6 months I realize just how big of an impact Jayson’s coaching had on me. I can say without reservation that I would not have reached this next step on my path without him.”

I am extatic! I’ve been dating my guy for a year now (Known him since I was 11yrs old)
We have been through two bad relationships each. Both of the last ones were very long term relationships (His 13yrs Mine 15yrs)
So coming into this one I started to notice my own flaws that, as of yet, I have not understood the impact on my relationships. I knew I was clingy and I repeat myself constantly because I feel unheard. I felt unheard and he was being overwhelmed with too much blah blah blah
The more he shut down the more alone I felt which would trigger the exact “me” that he couldn’t deal with.
So this weekend while he was out hunting and I was home feeling abandoned and like I am zero on his list of priorities, I happened upon your material, Jayson! I soaked it all up and immediately put it into action. I am in phase one. Shutting myself down emotionally (per say) and not depending on him for happiness, finding myself, being comfortable with myself, and not being the pursuer.
I pulled his own communication on him LOL
Instead of texting him “How’s it going?” “Did you get any deer?” And what ever else I could to hear from him. I didn’t send him a single text. When he’d text me I’d answer short and sweet, even cutting off the interaction with “I love you TTYL” Just like he always does to.me.
At first I thought I was being mean and actually almost started feeling passive aggressive but had to remind myself that the goal isn’t to be a ‘Bish’ but to just keep distance and let him have plenty of his own space.
He started asking ME what I’m doing
He called me multiple times and I didn’t strike up the conversation but let him do it all.
When he got home he did THREE things that I CRAVE from him so bad and hardly or don’t ever get! (Some roots to my insecurities)
First of all I came home after him instead of being there waiting on him. When I got there I walked in said “Hi baby, I didn’t know you were home” gave him a hug and walked away. He stayed in his office about 15mins then came into me (that hardly happens) and hugged me, held me, and kissed me…. like not for 20sec but for about 20 mins! (1st awesome reaction)
Then he set a freaking GOAL with me (I mean I nearly passed out!!!!! *2nd astonishing reaction)
And finally, this may be TMI but it’s very important to me and it happened because of the steps I took according to your material, he INITIATED making love!!! I mean intimate sweet bonding love making…. INITIATED BY HIM
I am 90% of the time initiator of any sex but 100% initiator of love making.
    HE DID THAT!!!
My God I’m so proud of him!!!
    Thank you Jayson
Now I will carry on with your recommendations!
You have made me a believer!
